The Colonels opened the season with a 21 to 0 victory over Warren County. The defense was led by Jordyn Sweetser with 7 total tackles, 1 tackle for a loss, 4 sacks and 3 fumble recoveries. Vincent Salvati was the Colonels leading tackler with 10 total tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 sack and 1 forced fumble. Scoring for the Colonels were Jeremiah Hodel with 6 carries 58 yards and 1 touchdown and Dominik Ramirez with 11 carries 34 yards and 1 touchdown. Special teams added to the scoring with Aiden Bell making a 32 and 41 yard field goal. We would like to encourage our students to come and support our football team this Friday Night as we host Brentsville. This is our Hall of Fame game so please show up and support our new inductees into the James Wood Hall of Fame.	W

The Colonels won an exciting game 16-15. Offensively, Owen Neal was 11 for 23 with 215yards and 1 touchdown, Xander Manzo had 2 receptions for 139 yards and 1 touchdown. adding to the scoring was Aiden Bell who kicked the go ahead score from 25 yards. Defensively Jordyn Sweetser had 10 tackles, 7 tackles for a loss, 1 sack 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Dom Ramirez had 14 tackles and Vicent Salvati added 12 more tackles to an outstanding defensive performance. The Colonels travel to take on Sklyline High School this Friday.	W
