Join WST’s High School Prep Group to learn proper stroke and training techniques as you prepare for your best possible season while getting to know other high school swimmers in the Winchester area.

WHEN: September 5^th – October 26^th , Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 pm-9:00 pm

COST: $200

WHERE: Jim Barnett Park Indoor Pool

WHO: Anyone grades 9 – 12 wanting to get in shape, or stay in shape for the high school swim season. While improving stroke technique and conditioning.
