The Colonels' varsity softball team beat Hampshire County 10-0 in 6 innings. Lauren King started and pitched 3 innings, striking out 5 and allowing only one hit. Lani Spielman pitched 3 innings in relief, striking out 7 and allowing only one hit. Courteney Harper was 2-3 with a double and rbi, Emma Van Horn was 1-2 with 2 walks, a triple, and 2 RBI, Lindsey Anderson was 3-4 with a double, home run, and 4 RBI, and Rebecca Boone was 2-4 with an RBI. 

The JV team fell to the Trojans 7-5 in the nightcap.  Both teams travel to Sherando on Thursday with game times at 6:00 PM in Sherando Park.
