The Virginia High School League summer dead period will run July 2-8.  During this time, coaches may have no contact with players and no off-season conditioning or other activities may take place.  The annual resurfacing of the gym and PE areas will occur during this week as well.  Enjoy the time off with your friends & family!

If you have athletic-related questions, you may reach Mr. Craig Woshner, James Wood Athletic Director, on July 3, 5, and 6.  School offices are closed for July 4 and on all Fridays over the summer break.
