James Wood and Sherando played a 9 hole match at SVGC Red nine on Thursday with the Warriors prevailing 161-165. James Wood was led by match medalist Tyler Mounts who shot 35. Carson Baker and Drew Johnson had 43, while Cameron Baker and Jackson Lynch each posted 44.
Sherando was led by Ryan Judy with a 39. He was followed by Evan Simmons at 40, Brandon Nice and Caleb Dotson with matching 41s.
The Colonels travel to Blue Ridge Shadows on Monday to face Millbrook and Liberty.
