The James Wood cheer team placed third in the 4A division and overall in Wednesday's Northwestern District Championships to again advance to regional competition. The Region 4A-C Championship, which will have the top four schools from the Northwestern and Dulles Districts, will be held on Tuesday, October 24 at Riverside High School with performances starting at 6:00 PM. The top two teams at regionals will advance to the VHSL State Championships in Richmond.
