“FCPS Student Athlete of the Month for November 2017: Morgan Biggs of James Wood High School”

Senior Colonels volleyball player Morgan Biggs has been named as the November Frederick County Public Schools Student-Athlete of the Month.  Morgan was the sole senior on this year's volleyball team and served as team captain. She is very active in other school organizations.  The award is given monthly to a James Wood, Sherando, or Millbrook athlete who has excelled both academically and athletically.
