The JV girls basketball team has won its last two games.  The team defeated Kettle Run 49-14 on Friday, and then beat Handley, 48-27, on Monday night.  Maddie Milburn led the team in points against Kettle Run scoring 9 and Camryn Prunty added 8.  Hailey Brewer led the team against Handley with 19 points, Brooklyn Crate added 11, and Olivia Miller notched 8.  

The varsity girls’ basketball team improved to 14-3 on the season with a 56-40 win over Handley on Monday. Makayla Firebaugh led the Colonels with 24 points, Amber Wooldridge added 13, and Brenna Prunty scored 9.

All four basketball teams are in action on Friday night at Sherando.
