James Wood softball lost to Liberty 4-0 on Tuesday night at Liberty. Lani Spielman started and pitched 4 innings giving up 2 runs with 5 strikeouts. Ivy Rosenberry pitched 2 innings in relief giving up 1 earned run with 4 strikeouts. Ivy Rosenberry was 1-3, Lani Spielman was 1-3, and Rebecca Boone was 1-3 with a double.  The team is now 12-4 overall with a district record of 7-3, currently second in the district standings.  The team travels to Millbrook on Thursday.
