Sports Game and Practice Schedule

Here is today’s game and practice information:

Softball will practice in the gyms from 3:00-4:30 PM.

Girls’ soccer will practice in the gyms from 4:30-6:00.

Baseball will practice in the gyms from 6:00-7:30.

Boys soccer will practice at the Sportsplex from 3:00-4:30.

James Wood Track & Field: the distance squad only will have practice this afternoon at its usual time. Throwers, sprinters, hurdlers, & jumpers do not have practice.

Off-season volleyball workouts will be held at Frederick County Middle from 7:00-9:00.

There will be no cheerleading workouts today.
