Girls interested in the James Wood basketball program are encouraged to attend off-season workout and conditioning sessions. These are not required, but are strongly encouraged to develop fundamental skills and to be in top physical shape for the winter season. The full fall workout schedule is listed below. Tryouts begin on Monday, November 5.
