As of 2:00 PM, the heat index reached 105 which precludes outdoor activities per NFHS heat safety guidelines.


All practices/activities will be held indoors today.  Golf practice changes will be communicated by Coach Oates.

The cross country meet at Kernstown is canceled for this evening. A practice for all runners able to attend will be held at 6:30 PM at James Wood Middle School.  Please check your Remind messages for further information.

All outdoor off-season workouts are canceled for today, including girls' soccer.
