With the uncertainty of weather related to Hurricane Florence for the Winchester area starting Friday night, the James Wood-Warren County varsity football game has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 13 at 7:00 PM.  There is a chance of thunderstorms on Thursday evening, so if the game would need to be postponed further, it would be moved to Monday, September 17 at 7:00.

The 2018 P. Wendell Dick Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on Friday as scheduled with the reception beginning at 4:30 PM in the athletic foyer and the ceremony to follow in the auditorium.

The Senior Parent Night information meeting scheduled for Thursday will now be held next Thursday, September 20 at 6:00 PM in the auditorium to avoid conflicts with the number of students involved with the football game.

The JV football game scheduled for Thursday at Warren County has been CANCELED due to field conditions and the varsity game now being played that evening

Kettle Run has had to move its varsity football/Homecoming Game to Thursday night; therefore, the James Wood-KR JV/varsity volleyball matches scheduled for that night have been rescheduled for Monday, September 17 at 6:00/7:15.
