The girls' cross country team defeated Clarke County and Strasburg in Wednesday's home tri-meet. Team scores, with low score winning, were James Wood 16, Clarke 51, and Strasburg 72. The top five for the Colonels were Mackenzie Konyar (1st), Lauren Beatty (2nd), Elena Farinholt (3rd), Haley Witt (4th), and Shannon Mulvaney (6th).

The boys' team won with team scores of JW 16, Strasburg 60, and Clarke 66.  Ethan Pierce, Josh Arce, Nathaniel Woshner, and Dalton Krossman swept the top four spots and Chris White placed 6th to lead the Colonels.
