The Colonels volleyball teams swept Sherando on Tuesday night. The JV won 2-0 (32-30, 25-14) and improved to 18-1 on the season.
The varsity team won 3-0 (25-14, 25-18, 25-19). Jessica Putnam led the team with 11 kills and 9 digs.  Grace Frigaard added 7 kills, Gillian Kliederlien had 5 kills and 8 blocks, Hanna Plasters had 19 assists and 9 digs, Taylor Robinson put up 12 assists and added 4 aces, and Yeakley Pullen had 14 digs. The win gives the team a 14-5 record on the season.  

The teams will host Liberty on Thursday night in the annual Dig Pink matches to benefit the Side Out Foundation which provides funds for cancer research and treatment.
