The Colonels' cross country teams both earned decisive wins in Wednesday's Northwestern District meet at the 3rd Winchester Battlefield. The boys' team was led by senior Max Lindquist who placed 2nd overall, and the team was able to place five more runners within one minute of Lindquist's time to display the team's depth. Freshman Mackenzie Konyar and senior Autumn Hottle finished 2nd and 3rd overall, respectively, to lead the girls, who had just a 1:22 gap between their number one and number seven runners.
