Congratulations to the 2019 Northwestern District Cheerleading Champions!
The Colonels won the district competition last night at Millbrook with a score of 255.5, 15 points better than runner-up Liberty. The Colonels now advance to next Tuesday’s Region 4C Championship, with the top two teams advancing to the state meet.

The All-District team representatives are selected based on each team's finish in the championship. James Wood received four first- and second-team nominations.  Khyla Mason, Madeline Walker, Kelsey Beard, and Jocelyn Hempel were first-team selections, while Blake Gonzales, Emma Groot, Alexsandra Smith, and Desiree Richards earned second team.
