VHSL Physical Form (PPE) required for 2020-21 school year; Not a requirement for out-of-season workouts

According to Rule 28B-3-1, the student is required to submit the VHSL Physical Form (PPE) to the principal of his/her school prior to becoming a member of any school athletic squad or team. Since this VHSL rule does not allow out-of-season workouts to include team selection the PPE is not a VHSL requirement during that period.

For the 2020-21 school year there is no change in the VHSL rules and regulation surrounding the requirement of a PPE after May 1, 2020 to be a member of a school VHSL program.
