Frederick County Public Schools' return to activities plan has been accepted by the VA Department of Education, and the high schools will begin phasing school activities back onto campus beginning July 7.  Information regarding workouts for fall sports only will be posted on this page in the coming days.

All participants will be required to complete a thorough check-in process daily, and distancing protocols will be in place. Participants are also asked to please wear masks until physical activity begins.  We are excited to welcome athletes back to the James Wood campus, but our priority is to keep everyone safe and healthy so that workouts can continue. Please help us and do your part!
