There will be a parent and athlete meeting for everyone interested in the spring cross country season this Thursday, February 25 at 7:00 PM in the school auditorium. Please limit to one parent per athlete for spacing purposes. 

The official VHSL season begins on March 1. Head coach Matt Lofton will be discussing the upcoming season, rules, requirements, meets, and practice requirements. If you are unable to attend, please email Coach Lofton at and he will send you all of the necessary information.
