Due to a ruling by the WVSSAC late Friday evening, West Virginia High Schools may no longer play basketball, swimming, and wrestling contests against Virginia schools during the "alternate" winter season.

The three Frederick County schools are working to schedule replacement games within the county to fill remaining dates on the basketball schedules. These dates are:

Tuesday, March 16, boys home vs. Millbrook at 5:30/7:00 PM, girls at Millbrook at 5:30/7:00 PM
Monday, March 22, girls home vs. Sherando at 5:30/7:00 PM, boys at Sherando at 5:30/7:00 PM (Senior Night)

Wrestling match changes will be announced on Monday.  The Saturday, March 13 meet was canceled late Friday night due to COVID-19 protocols that school officials did not become aware of until after 10:00 PM.

Wednesday's swimming tri match vs. Musselman and Hampshire at Signal Knob has been canceled. An inter-squad meet will be held in place of that meet.
