The James Wood Girls Soccer team earned their 3rd straight shut out (and 4th straight win) by defeating Handley away 4-0 and sweeping the Judges in the regular season. Sidney Rathel scored the first goal off a corner kick after receiving the ball from Julia Watts in the 13th minute of the second half. Grace Hawkins shot a long ball into the box that deflected off a defender and into the net for her first goal of the season. Olivia Walker finished the judges with two goals in the last 5 minutes, assisted by Annalee Woodson and Sidney Rathel. Sophia Pettler contributed in several build up attempts on goal. Sadie Kerns had 10 saves in the shut out win. The Lady Colonels are undefeated this season and head to Liberty on Thursday.
