After a hard-fought game against Martinsburg, the girls basketball team was looking to rebound with a win against Conference 21 West opponent Woodgrove. The Colonels dominated scoring in the first and third quarters to pull away from the Wolverines for a 67-52 win. Senior Hannah Arnold led the team scoring with 24 points, including 15 from the free throw line, while freshman Makayla Firebaugh added 22. The Colonels outscored Woodgrove 16-4 in the first quarter and 20-13 in the third. The team will travel to Harrisonburg on Thursday in another conference game.
