The varsity girls basketball team fell to cross-county rival Millbrook on Friday, 44-63. Brenna Nesselrodt led the scoring with 13 points. She also had 6 rebounds and 5 blocked shots. Gabby Valentinetti had 12 points and 9 rebounds. Other scorers were Emmagrace Bursey (8pts), Aleeya Silver (5pts), Aubrey Grove (4pts, 11 rebounds) and Jolie Jenkins (2pts).

The boys' team lost two hard fought games this past weekend, 51-67 at Millbrook on Friday and 64-73 on Saturday at Colonial Forge.  Leaders in game one for the Colonels were Cole Stowers with 20 points,  Josh Borromeo with 13 points,  and Andrew Link, Brandon Waters, and Ben Tollock each with 5.  In the CF game, Cole Stowers scored 23 points, Josh Borromeo scored 13, Chris Morrison had 8 points and 7 Rebounds, and Brandon Waters and Andrew Link each with 7 points.

The girls team will host Fauquier on Tuesday at 7:00 PM while the boys JV and varsity travel to Fauquier.
