Members of the James Wood wrestling team competed at the 4A State Championships in Virginia Beach this past weekend and two wrestlers came away with all-state medals.  Freshman Colton Bendure was the State Runner-Up at 113 pounds, and senior Braden Sitton was 5th in the 132 pound weight class. Congratulations to these athletes on an outstanding season!
