Wood beat #1 seed Tuscarora 7-0 to win the Region Semi-Final.  Nick Bell (10-2) pitcheD a complete-game shutout for the win allowing 5 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks, and striking out 8.  Offensively, Wood’s pressure attack was led by Bodie Pullen who went 3-4, 2 runs, stolen base. Brody Bower was 2-3, 2 runs, RBI, and a stolen base. Jacob Roy was 1-3, run, RBI, 2 stolen bases. Colin McGuire 1-3, RBI. Kemper Omps 1-3, run and Eli Miller 1-4, double, RBI.

The Colonels are now 19-5 and will play at Millbrook for the Regional Championship on Thursday at 6:00 PM.  The winner of that game will host the Region 4D runner-up, while the losing team will travel to the Region 4D champion.  Go WOOD!
